How the Pelican Beach One-Bedroom Layout Works

One bedroom, hallway bunks, a sleeper sofa and two full bathrooms can work very differently depending on who is traveling.

For two guests

The enclosed king bedroom can handle all sleeping needs, leaving the bunks and sofa unused and the living room fully available.

For three or four guests

The bedroom plus either the bunks or sleeper sofa provides flexibility. Families with children often use the hallway bunks differently from adult groups.

For five or six guests

Most or all sleeping zones are used. Privacy decreases, the living room becomes a sleeping area at night and daily setup matters more.
