1. Approach from US-98
Use the resort entrance identified in the current directions. Slow before the turn and confirm navigation is leading to the main Pelican Beach property, not another similarly named accommodation.
2. Follow the current security procedure
Have the reservation name and unit number ready. The security and re-entry process can change, so follow the current instructions rather than relying on a prior stay.
3. Continue to the correct building
Units 707 and 1006 are in the main Gulf-front Pelican building—not The Terrace. Identify the main-building entrance before choosing a parking area.
4. Use temporary unloading only as permitted
Use the signed or instructed area to remove luggage, then move the vehicle promptly. Do not treat an unloading position as normal parking. When two adults arrive together, one can remain with the vehicle while the other confirms the route and begins moving luggage.
5. Follow the reservation-specific registration path
Pelican Beach is a condominium property. On-site managed rentals may use a front-desk process, while independently managed homes can use private smart-lock entry and separate resort registration. Do not assume the front desk issues an independently managed condo’s code or controls its booking terms.
6. Move the vehicle to approved parking
After unloading, use an approved surface or garage space. Do not assume covered parking is assigned, another vehicle is permitted, an oversized vehicle fits, or a visitor space is included.
7. Use the signed elevator route
Follow current signs and instructions to the appropriate lobby elevators. Elevator demand and maintenance vary, so no static guide should promise a wait time.
8. Enter the condo and read current notices
Confirm the unit number, test the lock, save the support contact, locate exits, display parking credentials correctly and review current pool, beach, weather or construction notices.

Individual homes may be handled by the on-site company, an independent manager, a marketplace or an owner-direct business. Guests entering the same tower can therefore receive different payment systems, arrival communications, door-access methods, support contacts and checkout instructions. Treat security as a property-level process and condo access as reservation-specific.

The basic route from Units 707 and 1006 is condo → residential elevator → common level → Gulf-side amenity area → pool or boardwalk → beach. The main tower fronts the Gulf, so guests do not cross a public road. The route still includes elevators, doors or gates, pool-deck circulation, the boardwalk and a final transition onto sand.

Verify the complete accessibility route
Do not judge accessibility from the presence of an elevator or marked parking alone. Confirm the actual route for the guest and mobility device: parking location and curb, security approach, entrance thresholds, lobby doors, elevator dimensions, residential hallway, condo entry, interior clearances, bathrooms, pool gates, boardwalk surface and the final sand transition.
Request exact answers for the guest’s needs. “The building has elevators” is not a complete accessibility assessment.
Stock the condo without losing the first beach day
When arriving with a car, one focused errand is often enough. Guests without a car can compare pickup and delivery against the cost and timing of a separate ride. Nearby does not mean walkable: US-98, crossings, weather and bags all matter.

Recheck the departure time and exact tasks in the final written instructions. The night before, locate any keys, passes or tags that must be returned; pack balcony and bathroom items; check outlets for chargers; and plan luggage movement and vehicle retrieval.
On departure morning, complete only the tasks required for the exact reservation. Before locking, check the bedroom, bunks, sleeper-sofa area, cabinets, refrigerator, both bathrooms, balcony and spaces behind doors. Return physical credentials exactly as directed and do not leave the vehicle in temporary unloading after departure.
