What should decide it?

Compare current photographs of the actual living room, bedroom, bathrooms, kitchen, balcony furniture and Gulf view. A resort name cannot tell you the condition or character of an individually maintained condo.

Seventh floor or tenth floor?

Unit 707 feels visually closer to the sand while remaining elevated. Unit 1006 adds more sky and a broader horizon. Use balcony photographs—not assumptions about “higher being better”—to choose.
